Dark Mode: Reading pane still black test on white background

**Description of the issue:**Open Brave, everything above the reading pane
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. , for example when opening gmail, everything is dark mode, but when I select an email the reading pane is black text over a white background. Same for search, the opening screen is dark mode, but the returned results are black text on a white background.

Expected result: Dark theme would be consistent

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.22.70 Chromium: 89.0.4389.105 (Official Build) (64-bit)

**Additional Information:**You should add a file attachment feature to this “Create a new Topic” form input.
