Description of the issue:
When activating appearance → dark mode + night mode on iOS, it makes the scroll indicator to see how long a webpage article is the same color as the background so I can’t see how long it is without scrolling down then back to where I was.
Works fine in light mode but I don’t like reading anything in light.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. Set appearance → dark mode + night mode 2. View a long webpage 3. scroll down, scroll indicator is missing.

Occurs in reader mode and outside it. Wish reader mode kept settings and did not reset.

Expected result: see scroll bar or whatever it’s called.
Reproduces how often: always in night +dark mode.
