Cuts into top monitor when maximized

When using the TranslucentTB program to make the Windows taskbar transparent along with having two monitors, one above the other, the maximized window on the bottom monitor will cut into the top monitor by about 10px. The bar would normally be covered by the Windows taskbar, but TranslucentTB gets rid of it, thus the bar can be seen. Knowing that Brave is based off of Chromium, I tested it on Chrome and could not replicate the issue.

To Replicate:

  1. Download TranslucentTB https://github.com/TranslucentTB/TranslucentTB

  2. Set TranslucentTB to “Clear” under “Regular”.

  3. Configure display settings with two monitors such that one is directly above the other.

  4. Open Brave on the bottom display and maximize.

Expected result:
Gray bar across bottom of top display, ~10px in height.
