We don’t have option to add custom search engines on android.

If we are lucky enough that Brave picks it up, the engine will be added in list - but this isn’t reliable and isn’t always the case.

I wanted to add https://www.everyclick.com but this didn’t work initially.

Luckily, brave picked it up after few tries, but a more reliable option would be great.

Me too. I’d like to add https://search.joshwho.net/ as a custom search engine because it is great for finding BitChute videos

By allowing us to have a custom search engine on Android, we could use startpage.com in darkmode by using the URL provided which has our cookie settings.

Alternatively, the same can be achieved if we are able to sync from desktop to mobile, since we do have the ability to manage our search engines there.

FEATURE REQUEST: CUSTOM SEARCH ENGINES ON ANDROID!

This feature is available on the desktop version and also firefox has it on android.
and to me, the lack of this feature pushes me to migrate to firefox!
please inform me on this feature to come back to lovely brave. thanks.
