Custom Scale Text Cursor Error on Print Preview Modal

After inputting any number into the Custom Scale field on the Print Preview modal, the text cursor jumps back to the beginning of the string, with the result that the user unintentionally enters the digits backwards, resulting in either an error or an incorrect scale.

  1. Open any webpage and press Ctrl+P to open Print Preview.
  2. Click “More Settings”
  3. At “Scale” dropdown, select “Custom”
  4. Enter a scale percentage less than 100%, e.g., 40% or 60%

After typing the first digit, the text cursor immediately jumps behind the first digit result in a user input error. For example, when attempting to type “40”, the field registers “04” and returns an error due to the selection being outside of the acceptable range. Likewise, attempting to type “60” in the field results in an input of “06” which throws an error.

For the time being, I have resorted to entering the data in reverse in order to gain the desired percentage result. For example, entering “06” on the keyboard results in “60” appearing in the field.
