For all those who need this feature, it is possible to edit the avatar photo files directly, although I’m no good with Inkscape and GIMP, so my results were terrible!

Even if the avatars don’t sync for whatever reason (copyright, etc).
This is available on pretty much any major browser.
While there currently exists a variety of avatar choices, I find the designs and colors distracting. Personally, I think this contributes to UI clutter as distinguishing it from the plugin icon and any pinned plugins gets visually complicated fast. As a neurodiverse individual, these little restrictive details sometimes lead me to close Brave and use Safari in order to maintain focus.
It would be a huge relief just to have a user-defined solid color for the avatar.

Firefox Containers might be a more elegant solution, but I prefer Brave. Custom avatars would make distinguishing profiles so much easier. In addition, if you could open and group tabs by profile in the same browser session.

I see many people have personalized avatars, icons Or profile pictures now. I’m using an iPhone. I tried to request the desktop site to see if it made any difference but to no avail. How can I change my avatar?
