Custodial Account won't register with Content Creator Profile and Says one is already connected

Brave Content Creators will not register with the uphold custodial account and provides the error that the same account being connected is already connected. However, I am still requested to add an account to be verified. How may I go about resolving this? can anyone advise me of possible troubleshooting? Thank you.

@jetstudio It sounds like it’s been connected already. You may need to get in touch with Uphold for help, but in the meanwhile I’m just going to suggest you submit a Creators Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=10061687185549 as it will be the best way to get help on this situation.
