Ctrl+mousedrag on tab does nothing

Description of the issue: No Ctrl+mousedrag to clone a tab.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):

  • Open a tab to a web site.
  • On any tab, use Ctrl+mousedrag on the tab trying to clone the tab.

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!): Nothing happens.

Expected result: Once Ctrl+mousedrag is used, the user should see a new tab (to the same web page) they can drag around in the tab bar.

Reproduces how often: Always

Brave Version(about:brave): 1.77.101 with Chrome 135.0.7049.115

Reproducible on current live release (yes/no): Yes.

Additional Information: There are several ways to clone (duplicate) a tab:

  1. Ctrl+mousedrag a tab.
  2. Right-click on tab, and select Duplicate from the context menu.
  3. Middle-click on the Reload toolbar button. Must first select the tab to duplicate.

These methods exist in Firefox. Brave is missing #1. Please add #1 to Brave.
