Crypto wallets is not usable because of windows security popup

when trying to connect a ledger nano s and selecting the right address I get this pop up of windows security that keeps repeating itself.
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Use latest barve and windows 10
  2. try to connect ledger and choose an address
