Crypto miners are not blocked by default

As the title explains, the brave browser does not seem to block embedded crypto miners. The best example is the pirate bay, which is known for mining monero. Using the brave browser you can clearly notice you CPU being used 100% on the website, once closing it it goes back down to normal usage. You can check out the miner used by simply inspecting the webpage.

I dont know if this is normal or a bug, but it would be weird if it was left out.

Crypto-mining script is blocked by default (if you have your Shields UP).

We do block crytominers, if there some sample site(s) you have where cpu usage is spiking because of this. Do post here.
