I tried to purchase a item from a website and I noticed there was no option to add anything to my cart. I went to the same site using Firefox and the add to cart button was present. I have attached 2 print screens.

Can you share your Shields settings for that site? Click Brave icon at URL bar.
While you’re on it, check if Brave block things. You may want to try with “Allow device recognition” or “Allow all cookies”.
Turning off the shields allowed the button to appear, thanks!
