Credit where credit is due

a few months ago i made an extensive post criticising brave, brave’s staff and brave’s complaints procedure - and lack of information or error correction in any reasonable timeframe regarding accounts being falsely flagged. today, i am happy to report that, although the system has again thrown off a false positive for me, after one simple support ticket the problem was resolved within 3 days and my profile has been restored to it’s previously unflagged state (and i have now re-verified with my custodian). obviously, it would be preferable as to not have been flagged in the first place, but from where the support system was just 6 months ago to the swift and decisive nature of now is a remarkable turn-around and deserves much credit.

so, KUDOS brave team! and may the improvements to the user experience continue :clinking_glasses:
