Credit pending since August and I still do not receive a specific response?

Good afternoon again over here. I want to express my case. I have been since August trying to obtain a solution from the support and nothing. My rewards for 2 months have not been credited to me and I need to know what I should do.?

What is the problem with the payments that is happening these last updates have come with many problems.

It is important to point out that steeven support was already aware of my case but I did not receive an answer about the case in my 4 devices I present the same problem.

There are VERY few Brave staff and THOUSANDS of users requesting help (plus hundreds more just complaining and whining, taking up valuable staff time), so please be patient.

How many Brave profiles/devices (total) have you linked to your Uphold wallet? This includes reinstalling Brave or your OS, resetting or replacing your device, etc. You are limited to four devices/profiles per custodial wallet (Uphold, Gemini) per lifetime. Even if you unlink a device from your Uphold account, you don’t regain that allotment. Only your first four devices will ever be able to contribute to your Uphold wallet. Brave is currently working on a solution to enable you unlink a device and link a new one, but that may take some time.

I have always had 4 profiles or devices (4) linked to my uphold wallet because I have always known that I cannot link more than that amount because they do not allow it.

Excellent that progress of being able to unlink and link I hope they manage to carry it out, it would be a good advance and in my opinion it would lower the current problem of claims a bit because users would speed up simply by replacing or reinstalling brave.

And I understand the point that there is little staff and everything else just that good, I have been here for more than a month with my problem and nothing that we manage to solve happy afternoon.
