Credit card information saved

Description of the issue:
All of a sudden when I am making an online purchase, my credit card information is already listed. I don’t save my credit card information at online sites. I don’t know what is causing this but I want it to stop.
How can this issue be reproduced?
2.I don’t know how else to reproduce this other than making a purchase.
3.Autofill payment settings appear correct. Maybe this has something to do with this new Leo AI???

Expected result:
No credit card information available to autofill
Brave Version( check About Brave):
I don’t know where I can check my Brave version and don’t know how to update it.
Additional Information:
For another post, but I tried to update Brave and couldn’t find anywhere that says Update. As you may have guessed, I am not good at technical stuff.

In Brave, open SettingsAutofill and passwordsPayment methods. You should see the saved credit card number(s) listed there – you can delete it/them, or simply de-select Save and fill payment methods to delete and prevent any from saving in the future (on that device).
