Thank you for reaching out to us. We actually have had other users reporting this lately and the exact cause is unclear here. However, the issue has to do with [the user’s] verified publishers list on the client side.
Note that this issue should be resolved “for free” when we release the new version of the Brave Rewards panel in the browser (1wk from now). As long as other users aren’t seeing your channel as unverified, you shouldn’t have anything to worry about.
