How can I save websites as favorites and have them appear when I click to start a new window?
It is a basic browser function…
Figured this out by going to “share” menu item Favorites.

I just saw your question and this is how it works:
You should be able to find the bookmark button icon on the left side of the address bar.
And to have a specific tab appear when you launch a new window, please change this in your settings.

Yes use share menu or 3dot menu Add Bookmark then on this screen change Location to Favorites
