Description of the issue:
Buffering Ring during create wallet will not end.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):

  1. Click BAT icon to create wallet
  2. Wait patiently
  3. Buffering loop persists

Can you try removing the app from memory and relaunch and try enabling wallet
