Description of the issue: Brave Browser crashes immediately when opened. I installed the browser just yesterday. Today, I set it to open Gmail in the first tab when I open the browser. Later, I quit the browser and when I re-opened it, it tries to load the Gmail tab and just crashes. The Brave Browser app is now completely useless to me. I even tried to uninstall it completely and reinstall it, which did not fix the issue. The Brave Browser app still wants to open Gmail in the first tab upon opening the app now.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Open Brave Browser.
- Set the first tab that opens when starting the browser to Gmail.
- Quit Brave Browser app.
- Open Brave Browser app.
Expected result: Brave Browser should load fine (it works just fine for other browsers I’ve used).
Brave Version( check About Brave): The current version, just downloaded yesterday (I cannot check since I cannot open Brave).
Additional Information: Would love to use Brave, but cannot. Please help me fix this issue.
