Description of the issue: Brave immediately crashes when launched.

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!): Launch Brave. Crashes immediately
Expected result: Brave opens and can be used normally
Reproduces how often: Every time.
Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu): Windows 10 Home, Version 21H1. Brave Version 1.30.86
Additional Information: I would prefer a way to restore the browser without losing my BAT
