because, it’s been a few days and I see the latest release on GitHub has not changed

I’m not seeing this on my end in any version of Brave — it’s hard to tell even in the screenshots your sharing. It does look like there is a couple pixels difference but has very little impact on the browsing experience.
I will inform the team but would not expect it to take any real priority.
