Cpu usage spikes when moving mouse in browser

Description of the issue: CPU usage of the brave browser spikes by 10% give or take when moving the mouse around the browser window
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Move the mouse in the browser window on any website and check task manager cpu
    usage for brave browser

Expected result: The CPU usage would spike if the mouse is moved in the brave browser window on any website

Brave Version( check About Brave): 1.51.118
