But the guy who are in charge hasn’t done anything for it except he replies like “I’ll check it with team” and nothing happens for 2 weeks.

Stick with your original bug report:
By the way, the latest iOS version is 18.3.2. That Apple iOS update includes a wee bit of a networking fix.
I would not hesitate to use the following Apple iOS, force restart proceedings:
