"Copy clean link" doesn't appear

Description of the issue:

The “copy clean link” option doesn’t appear when selecting a link that have those tags. I am using th elatest brave version, that appears to have this option in other systems.

How can this issue be reproduced?

1. Right click in a link with tracking information in it
2. “Copy clean link” doesn’t appear in the options

Expected result:
“Copy clean link” appear in the context menu.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Versão 1.45.123
Chromium: 107.0.5304.110 (Compilação oficial) (64 bits)

The option shouldn’t appear in all kinds of links in a webpage?
But in any case, doesn’t appear in links created with “tracking queries” neither.

My understanding is that at present, it works in the ‘Sharing hub’ at the end of the URL bar; as well as the context menu in the URL bar – but not yet on in-page links.

There is work being done there in https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/25625 though so I would expect to see it soon.

Indeed appears in the share menu, but not in the links. Good to know that is WIP.
