Why can’t I delete this cookie? I didn’t add it and it was added automatically

Go to the website and turn On shields for that website. After turning on Shields go to the same settings page, it may be already gone or this time you can delete it by clicking on the trash icon.
You likely visited the site and turned off shields for some reason. Due to this, it permanently allows first party and third party cookies.
Your solution did not solve my problem and I finally had to reset my settings.
