'Cookies disabled' message when cookies enabled

Description of the issue:
When using Brave and trying to ‘sign in’ to Youtube I receive the following message.

‘Your browser has cookies disabled. Make sure your cookies are enabled and try again.’

I enabled cookies on Brave and relaunched the browser but I still encounter the same issue.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

1. Launch Brave.
2. Go to Youtube homepage.
3. Click ‘Sign In’ on Youtube homepage.
4. Enter my email as the first step of signing in to Youtube. Click on ‘Next’.
5. I receive the message nited above that my browser has cookies disabled.

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):

Expected result:

I would expect that after I enable cookies on Brave that the above issue would be resolved and I would be able to continue to the next step of signing in into Youtube.

Reproduces how often:

Every time I try to sign in to Youtube.

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):

Mac OS Ventura 13.3.1

Does it work in private window mode? Also ensure shields cookies settings isn’t being blocked.
