Description of the issue:
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):
- Click on almost any news, or usually any other website
- Receive an obnoxious “Accept Cookies” spam dialog box
- Notice at that point you can not see the website properly anymore.
Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!): Dialog box appears on the screen for no reason
Expected result: No dialog box appears on screen, because Brave should already be treating it like an ad, and blocking it
