Description of the issue:
I went to a website, and the cookies button flashed up and disappeared before I could click on it, leaving the screen to go dark.

Did the issue present with default Shields settings ? (yes/no)
Yes.
Does the site function as expected when Shields are turned off?
No.
Is there a specific Shields configuration that causes the site to break? If so, tell us that configuration. (yes/no):
No.

The site uses Hotjar Cookies, and there is a link at the bottom of that “cookies info” webpage, re more info about Hotjar Cookies . . . and I clicked on that link, getting:
I am using an iPhone 14 (iOS 17.7.2; Private Browsing Only) and BB (1.74 (49)).

when I enabled Site-Specific Brave Shields for Scripts (ie not blocking them):
