Hey @chichufley!

I believe you also posted over here and from that screenshot it looks like you’re on our older version which is no longer supported. I’d recommend downloading latest from brave.com and using the new Brave Rewards (previously Brave Payments). If you need some help moving over your information, please check out this help article written by @Mattches:
