"continue where you left off" is not working in my windows 11 desktop browser

Description of the issue:
“continue where you left of” is not working , i m working on windows 11 currently

**Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):

1. In Browser Change “On Startup” to “Continue where you left off”
2. Open few tabs and close browser manually
3. Now reopen the browser

**

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
A new tab is opening each time and all the previous opened tabs gets exited.

Expected result:
All the Tabs those were opened before closing manually, should have reloaded after restarting it

Reproduces how often:

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Version 1.45.116 Chromium: 107.0.5304.91.
Windows 11

Additional Information:
I already tried disabling and enabling all extensions method, uninstalling and installing brave again ,create new profile and also in history section none of the options are checked in “on exit” mode.

Could you please try installing Brave Beta or Nightly on your PC to see if the tabs you left opened reload when you open Brave again? You can install them from here https://brave.com/download-beta/

Let me know if that works.
