Context searches in private tabs use default search engine when set to use DuckDuckGo

When setting private tabs to use DuckDuckGo for searches, the right click menu search continues to use your default search engine.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open a private tab.
  2. Turn on the “Private search with DuckDuckGo” toggle.
  3. Highlight any text, right click to open the context menu and search for text.

Actual result:
The search page opened uses the default search engine set in the user settings.

Expected result:
I expected it to use DuckDuckGo as that is what the text on the private page seems to indicate Brave will do.

Reproduces how often:

Brave Version

Brave: 0.19.134
rev: 316cfa522ffe6a558fe9f2f3f299c0c602dfb691
Muon: 4.5.38
libchromiumcontent: 63.0.3239.132
Node.js: 7.9.0
Update Channel: Release
OS Platform: Microsoft Windows
OS Release: 10.0.16299
OS Architecture: x64

Reproducible on current live release:

Additional Information

I’m not sure this is really a bug. If not, consider it a feature request. I feel strongly that searches in private tabs should all use the same engine, regardless of whether the search came from a context menu or a search bar. The DDG search toggle isn’t much good if you have to remember which search methods it works with.
