Consecutive issues with Brave Rewards

Briefly describe your issue:
It has been a few months since I have been using Brave. After the first month, I got my BAT tokens on my Uphold account with no hassle. However, for the two consecutive months, the funds didn’t arrive in my Uphold account.

Following all the instructions, I raised a ticket reporting my issue. My ticket was only answered over a month later. I was informed that the issue had been solved but I wouldn’t get the BAT tokens referring to the previous month.

The problem is that I kept never receiving tokens in my Uphold account for the following months either, and now my account was suddenly flagged for no reason.

It is very frustrating when the app doesn’t deliver for months and months BAT tokens, even after emails and posting here in the community. Also, we get no candid and clear information on what is going on with my Brave Profile rewards. What is the best way of getting effective support that would solve all the recurring problems I am facing with Brave Rewards?

In relation to all BAT tokens I never received them, even when it was told me everything was ok.
