Connection problem with dplay on demand

**Description of the issue:**When I connect to dplay on demand (previously Quest) I can see the A-Z menu .When I click on a program that I want to watch I only get audio. The video screen is “greyed out” and says General Error across the screen.Works ok in Chrome.
