I already disabled my firewall and windows defender… I dont have any Anti-virus application installed in my computer… Please tell me how to resolve this issue… Thank you soo much!

No solution but I also have the same problem. After disabling the firewall (which had already told me that Brave is whitelisted) I then got an error message:
