connected to uphold n verified already but when I press deposit / withdraw it said If you already have a verified Uphold account, continue to login. when i press log in again same thing happen in loophole

yes it is window 10 pro
when i press log in it goes through uphold logging process and successfully log in but then when i press deposit/withdraw bottom again, it ask to verify account, basically its in loophole
