Connected to same Uphold account but showing different BAT in browser

I have connected my laptop and mobile to my Uphold account and both are verified more than months ago. But only the BAT received in the laptop is showing in the uphold account while the BAT received in the mobile in not showing in the Uphold account.

Why is this difference and why is the BAT showed in the mobile browser is not showing in my Uphold account.?

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
