I don’t understand why winget list shows the Brave.Brave version as 137.1.79.123 but when I check it through the browser itself, it is reported as version: 1.79.123 with an older version of Chromium. Is the Brave browser writing these versions in the registry. I want to delete ones that aren’t actually installed.
UPDATE: I found the version winget is reporting as being installed in a Windows Registry entry under “BLBeacon”. So, I guess I could just delete this data so that it’s not as confusing.
