Configuration error (start) + error on youtube

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. go to settings / start
  2. “when opening browser” - Open a specific page or a set of pages
  3. this change does not work when opening the browser

Expected result: start at the indicated web address when I open the browser

Brave Version( check About Brave): v 1.4.96

Additional Information: I want to report that when I disable the shields on youtube, it becomes impossible to see the “skip ad” button and I am forced to see the full ads.
