Concerns Regarding Reward Distribution

Dear Brave Publicity Team,

I hope this email finds you well. My name is jonny , and I am writing to express my concerns regarding the distribution of rewards as an owner of Brave Publicity.

Recently, I noticed that I did not receive my rewards despite actively participating in the program. As a user from Brazil, I cannot help but feel that this may be a result of discrimination based on my nationality. I find this deeply troubling and believe it is important to address such issues promptly and professionally.

I was informed that my profile was flagged as the reason for not receiving the rewards. However, I would like to emphasize that this explanation is unsatisfactory to me. I have followed all the guidelines and fulfilled the necessary requirements outlined by Brave Publicity.

I kindly request a thorough review of my profile and an explanation regarding the specific reasons for the flagging, as well as how this may have affected my reward distribution. I believe in fairness and equal treatment for all users, regardless of their country of origin.

I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a swift resolution. It is my hope that we can address this situation amicably and find a mutually satisfactory resolution.

Thank you for your understanding and prompt assistance.

Sincerely,

@jonnyrotten you’ve added a lot of nonsense on your writing (false accusations of discrimination and all). It has nothing to do with nationality or anything. You’ll see people who post here and been flagged from many countries around the world, including the United States. Being flagged means you triggered some part of the antifraud system due to unusual or suspicious behavior. Therefore they suspended (aka flagged) your account.

In order to have them investigate, you would need to create a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431.

If you’ve done that and they told you that your account won’t be reinstated, then it’s because they investigated and saw your behavior did in fact violate Terms. They do not need to tell you what they saw or how they saw it.
