Haven’t tried compose key because I don’t seem to have one but here’s some other things broken in the wayland session of brave.

Text selection drag and drop in search bar crashes the browser.

Clicking on the theme selection drop-down in brave settings and other drop
-downs also crashes the application

Setup:
-Package: brave-bin (AUR)
-OS: Arch Linux
-Flags: --enable-features=UseOzonePlatform --ozone-platform=wayland in a brave-flags.conf file under $HOME/.config/
