Compatibility with Freeagent links

I get a weekly link from Freeagent to take me directly to outstanding actions on Freeagent - for the last few weeks the link has stopped working and just takes me to the login for Freeagent - I have cleared Brave history, tried using a private Brave page, closed and open Brave, checked I have the latest version and sought help from Freeagent. They have checked and say its the browser issue.

Can you please provide some additional information? can you please tell me what OS version you are using as well as the Brave version? Additionally, can you please be more specific about which “Freeagent” site you’re referring to? I’ve found several sites that you could be referring to.

Additionally, are you already logged into the “Freeagent” site when you click the link?

Brave version Version 1.67.123 Chromium: 126.0.6478.126 (Official Build) (x86_64)

I am using this Freeagent https://www.freeagent.com/

I have tried clicking the link when I am signed in to Freeagent and also when I am not signed in

This is a bit hard to test since I don’t have an account on the site to use. Can you please check and see if these links work as expected in other browsers or if it’s just Brave?

I have already tried in another browser but it just does the same thing i.e. takes me to the log in page not the task

I just tried using the link when Freeagent was open in Safari and it did take me to the link so it is just in Brave the link isn’t working

Has anything in Brave changed that might explain this?

Not at all.
Can you please share the exact link that is given in the email (assuming it does not contain any private information in it) that is redirecting you to the wrong place in Brave?
