Able to remove using Block Element which did:

comick.io##.w-full.flex.justify-center
comick.io##.pb-10.pt-2
comick.io##.py-16

Just did a copy/paste of the rule into my iPhone and it’s seeming to do the trick. Not sure if it will hold up or code will change later, but at least is gone for now.
