Hello! If the Brave Browser crashes…how do you “grab” the url? I typed it on the address of Duck Duck Go and nothing.
Late to this, but I have rewards turned off. I dont have enough time to try the beta. Ill use firefox until the next update if there is one still workings with ios 15. Thank you.

So you are looking for logs starting with “client”?
@Dwp138 that is correct. It should look something like Client-2023-04-21-111402.txt though when you first save it, will be .ips at the end. If you replace, it should let you change it from a ips to .txt. If you need help on that, I have an article explaining step by step how to do it at iOS crashes: How to share logs , which I had linked on the original comment on this topic.

Just the most recent that seems to be related to your most recent crash. That’s just if they still need it. If you’re on iOS 15, then you should likely instead be looking at post linked below:
They pretty much have an idea what was happening and fixed it for people on 15.0 and 15.1. But if you are using a different version of iOS and it’s crashing, then the most recent report will be helpful.
Please DM I’ve also downloaded my logs. The app is basically pitch black then crashes. Within a second of opening. I’m on IOS 15.1 and the beta seems to be working.
Thank you all for reporting and for your patience. I believe the team is working on a hotfix for this issue presently. We hope to release this fix as soon as possible and I will update this thread as soon as the fix is rolled out.
Just to add my two cents: I had this issue (Brave would close within about a second of me trying to open it on my iPhone), and the fix was simply to update iOS on my iPhone (to v.16, I believe). Seems fine now.

Can’t do anything if we don’t know what’s going on. So if you can get that information, it would help in looking into the issue and trying to help resolve it with you.

I am experiencing the same problem. I’ve downloaded and re-downloaded the app for about 5 times and it still persists. I can’t even login.
My brave app isn’t launching since I downloaded it last week. All that comes is a white screen for a second and closes.
I use an iPhone. Software version 15.11
Just updated iOS brave to latest version 1.50 and won’t load up.

Hello, I just updated Brave on iOS and now the Brave app crashes constantly. I can’t even use the app. I copied the error log from my Brave app on my iPad, but I would rather send it privately than posting it on here publicly. Who can I email my error log to?
1.50 is broken. Will not load on iOS. I can’t go back to Safari after using Brave for so long. I am breaking into hives …
