In Brave 1.2.x, you need to go to brave://settings/privacy and enable Remote Debugging

Nice tip - that worked for both this issue and for How to show code folding in console?… what does this do to my privacy? The reason I’m using brave is to develop code on localhost faster than any other browser… but I still really want to keep this code private too.
The version I’m using is 1.2.43 Chromium: 79.0.3945.130 (Official Build) (64-bit)].
