Cloudflare dns can affect brave ads

it should not it only depend on

  1. the ip of the user to determine our region (some ads served for certain region)
  2. the interested category we interested on like security cloths crypto and so on as some ads require certain that the user to be interested in certain category
  3. the number of time you get ads per day as there limit to how much ads you get per day usually the max is 20 per day
  4. some ads can not be served more than certain amount per day/compain and maybe other things idk
  5. for new tab page ads it has to be from your country compain to be counted and it counted 20 per 24 hours
