[Closed] Contributing - where to start from?

Hi Brave Team,

I’d like to contribute to Brave browser.

I’d like to start from resolving some issues, eg. this one:

Are there any procedures where Brave developers assign issues?
Or should I just create proposed solution for this, then provide pull request and just wait for code review following this steps:

Yes it is! As the issue has been already created, please send a PR from your forked repo, including Fixes #4947 in the commit message.

Please understand reviewing procedure could take a long time because the team is so busy in fixing other important issues.
