'Close all tabs' extension installed but not on bar

Description of the issue:
Close all tabs button not showing on bar.

How can this issue be reproduced?

1. Install ‘close all tabs’ https://browsernative.com/close-all-tabs-extension/#:~:text=The%20Close%20All%20Tabs%20is,for%20Chrome%2C%20Edge%20and%20Firefox.

2. Look at bar

3. Go : what?

Expected result:

See ‘x’ icon to click that closes all tabs.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Brave Browser 108.1.46.144

Do you want all tabs to be closed and Brave to stay open or do you want the browser + all tabs to be closed?

To use the extension:

1. Click on extensions
   

   

2. Scroll down to the extension and pin it.
   

Now the ‘x’ appears in the bar.
