Description of the issue:
I don’t know the technical terms but on some sites with a section where I can scroll, part of it is clipped. I don’t know if this issue is just mine or widespread.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- go to a website like www.kickstarter.com and visit a project.
- scroll down to the reward tiers.
- part of the reward tiers is clipped. see image here:

Expected result: Clipped section.
