Every Time I Clear My Brave Downloads List, It COMES BACK. On the Censorship Fox (Firefox) Browser, Once I Clear My Downloads List, that Stays Cleared! I Even Cleared the Cache, and Cookies! However, My Downloads List Still Comes Back! That Happened on My Last, and Current Computer. How Can I FIX That?! 
UPDATE: In the Clearing Cache, Etc., Area, I Clicked (Advanced), Instead of (Basic), and It Looks Like My Downloads List is Finally TRULY CLEARED!
On Firefox Based Browsers, Every Time the Downloads Folder is Cleared, It STAYS CLEARED. NO Need to Go Into Options / Settings to CLEAR ALL OVER!
