"Clear browsing data" dialog doesn't automatically focus "Clear data" button any more

Description of the issue:
Brave “Clear browsing data” dialog used to focus “Clear data” button so that after using the shortcut it was possible to just press “ENTER/RETURN” key to clear the data.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):
1.
Launch Brave
2. Visit brave://settings/clearBrowserData or use a shortcut CMD+SHIFT+BACKSPACE

Actual Result:
A “Clear browsing data” does nothing when “RETURN” key is pressed

Expected Result
A “Clear browsing data” dialog clears the data and disappears after pressing “RETURN”

Reproduces how often:
Always

Brave Version:
Brave Nightly - v 1.17.25

Reproducible on current live release (yes/no):
Yes

Additional Information:
OS Version: MacOS BigSur 11.0 Beta (20A5384c)
OS Version: MacOS Catalina 10.15.7 (19H2)

I’ve just confirmed that this is also not working on the latest Nightly release v1.17.39 on MacOS Catalina 10.15.7 (19H2)

I downloaded various versions of nightly releases and pinned the bug to a specific version. This functionality was broken in https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/releases/tag/v1.16.12

I assume after upgrading to a newer version of chromium: https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/commit/5e0a9b3c69efb0b67b08c0be393782df9e91684f
