Clarification and various issues

Description of the issue:
I am not sure this is a real issue, but it feel like the synchronisation between my computer and my mobile phone is not working.
The wallet is not being synchronize and I have no way to access it and manage it directly.
Also I received last week an announce saying that I had one a lucky draw and I was credited the equivalent of 50$ but when I check that this morning there was nothing anymore, and I do not see any history of the rewards or the wallet in itself.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
Just by going to synchronize on mobile and then the same on desktop I can see that my bookmarks get updated but not my wallet, and also it feels like I am not recognised on desktop.
Is there an account that can be created from the mobile app ?

I expected synchronizing and see my wallet updates itself alongside all the other features.
